Order & Payment

You can only cancel your order when it is not processed yet.
We deliver our orders the same day you make them, so there is only a short period of time between ordering and sending.
It is ofcourse possible to return any unworn item. The shipping cost won’t be refunded, see the return policy.

If you made a mistake while ordering online, we would like to hear that as soon as possible. We can always change an order before it is sent away. On business days we process all orders that came in before 16:00. So, until 16:00 it is generally possible to change an order.
When you have placed your order you will recieve an email with the confirmation of your order. If you did not get this email it could be in your spam inbox or you might have accidentally made an error when you put in your email adress. Please contact us if you did not recieve this email. Click here for our contact form. The moment you have placed your order we will start preparing it. We will package your order with the utmost care and we will send it to you the same day. Generally, your order will arrive a day after you made your purchase. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Our sold out items will always be restocked. We try to keep ervery product in stock. This is not always the case.
When an item, color or size is no longer is stock it is visible on the website: The color or the size will be ‘grey’ and cannot be selected. We are glad to inform you about the availibility and expected timeframe of when a specific product will be in stock again. Get in contact with us via or via the contact form.

Sending & Delivery

The prices on the website, mentioned with the items, are in euros, including VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices mentioned (unless otherwise stated). Before concluding the agreement, the total price including shipping costs will be communicated via our website.

0 to 40 euro = € 4.00
Above 40 euro = € 6.00
50 euro and up = free shipping

When your order leaves the warehouse, you wil recieve an email. We send our packages using DPD and Post NL. You will recieve an email with the link and the courier. You will be able to follow your package using this link. In the Netherlands shipping takes about 1-2 businessdays. For the rest of the world, it will take about 3-6 days.

First, check if the package is delivered somewhere else. Maybe it is delivered to a neighbour. If this is not the case, and the order is not delivered within a week after ordering, please contact us. We will find out what happened. Clearly mention the order number when you contact us. or use the contact form.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, you can decline the package. If the packaging is damaged, but your order was delivered to your mailbox please get in touch wit hus. Please check the quality of your package very carefully. If your order is damaged, please get in touch with us. Please attach a photo of the damage and your order number.
We are sorry if there is a different item than the one you ordered. Contact us and we will personally help you for a suitable solution.

Retours & Restituties

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received by us in good order.

• Return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

BRETON STRIPE only accepts returns that have been reported in the manner described above. Returns that are not reported or not reported within the specified time frame will not be considered.

If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for return.

Fill out the return form and include that with the item you want to return.
Without the reciept and the ordernumber it is not possible to return the item.

We try to proces every return within a week with a maximum of 21 days. You will recieve an email when your return order is processed. When we have recieved and processed your return order you will immediately recieve your money back. We will refund you on the account you payed with. We refund using Mollie or Paypal with BRETON STRIPE in the description. This could take a couple of days.
