Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned.
– The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and report the return shipment.
– After reporting the return shipment, the consumer has 14 days to return the product.
Your return will be assessed upon receipt.

You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
The costs for returning the item from your home to BRETON STRIPE at your own expense.
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within five business days.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to test the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
