Ordering and delivery

The prices mentioned with the articles are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs (unless otherwise stated) are not included in the listed prices. Before the conclusion of the contract, the total price including shipping costs will be communicated via our website.

Payment

Payment may be made in (one of) the manner(s) as indicated during the ordering process. A customer's order may be subject to further payment terms and order conditions. After placing an order, the customer will immediately receive a confirmation email detailing the total cost, including order costs. Payment is always made in full in advance:

- IDeal: using internet banking, you can pay electronically through our site in a secure way. After placing your order, choose the payment method iDeal.

- Paypal: You can also pay directly and online using Paypal. Your payment is then authorized online, so you will know immediately whether or not it is approved.

The customer authorizes "bretonstripe" to perform all actions necessary for payment to be made by the method of payment chosen by the customer.

Delivery

BRETON STRIPE to ship orders within 1 business day after receipt of payment.BRETON STRIPE is not obligated to do so. The maximum delivery period is 30 days after placing the order, except for orders where the customer has indicated that they wish to receive them later.
If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, you (the customer) will be informed in good time and you will have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
We will not ship an order if it cannot be shipped in its entirety, unless this has been discussed with the customer.
If delivery is delayed due to (temporary) stock shortages or other reasons, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be notified within 7 working days of placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
BRETON STRIPE arrange for a refund in that case. We reserve the right to make changes to color, type, text, and/or price. Goods and/or services offered are clearly and truthfully depicted and/or described and as completely as reasonably required.
