Online store software: WooCommerce

Our online store has been developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support, but will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.
WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve its services.

WooCommerce hosting

Our online store is developed with WooCommerce software, and we have chosen Buildpress.io for our web hosting.
Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services,
, will be shared with this party. Buildpress.io has access to your data to provide us with (technical)
support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Buildpress.io is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

Web hosting

We purchase web hosting from Buildpress.io
Buildpress.io processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Buildpress.io has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Buildpress.io is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

Email and mailing lists

Mailerlite / Mailersend
We send our email newsletters using Mailerlite. Mailerlite will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will see an 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this link, you will no longer receive our newsletter.
Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. Mailerlite uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Mailerlite reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in that context.

Workspace: Google
We use the services of WorkspaceGoogle for our regular business email traffic.
This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and
corruption of your and our data as much as possible. WorkspaceGoogle does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors: Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address, and place of residence details, as well as your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties.
All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data for longer than is permitted by law.

Reviews: WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to ask for clarification of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They will only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shipping and logistics: PostNL/DPD
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL/DPD to carry out the deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence details with PostNL/DPD. PostNL/DPD will only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL/DPD engages subcontractors, PostNL/DPD will also make your details available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting: ExactOnline
We use the services of ExactOnline to keep our records and accounts. We share your name, address, and place of residence details, as well as details relating to your order.
This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. ExactOnline is bound by a confidentiality obligation and will treat your data confidentially. ExactOnline will not use your personal data for any purposes other than those described above.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date, other than at your request, we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations
In certain cases, BRETON STRIPE .V. may be required by law to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such cases, we are obliged to share your data, but we will oppose this within the limits of the law.

retention periods We retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
